- City of Chattanooga residents may use the city's refuse collection centers up to 12 times per calendar year, with a limit of 8 bags per visit and loads no bigger than a standard truck bed. Trucks larger than a standard pickup, dump bodies and tandem-axle trailers are not allowed, and contractors, businesses and landlords may not use the centers. Source
