At South Utah Valley Solid Waste District sites, all loads must be covered and secured (Utah Code 72-7-410); uncovered loads carry a $25 fee. Residents of Provo, Springville, Spanish Fork, Mapleton, Salem, Goshen and Woodland Hills are in-district; others pay an out-of-district rate. Source
